For once, I rave

For anyone who lives in NYC and has scoffed at the out-of-towners gaping from the decks of the Circle LIne, get thee to West 42nd and 12th Ave. to the pier where the cruises take off from. At $27, it's a bargain for your own little three-hour cruise.
